Shade Lizard Co. is a trade name of Paint Creek Ventures LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Shade Lizard,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Paint Creek Ventures LLC, doing business as Shade Lizard Co.

1. Products and Orders
Shade Lizard products are made to order.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, garment details, sizing, and print placement accurately. However, actual products may vary slightly because of screen settings, garment-dye processes, manufacturing variation, production methods, and normal differences between garment batches.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or other legitimate business reasons.
2. Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Product prices, availability, product details, promotions, and shipping charges may change without notice. If a pricing or product-information error occurs, we may correct the error and cancel or update the affected order.
3. Made-to-Order Production
Most Shade Lizard products are produced after an order is placed.
Because items are made to order, changes, cancellations, shipping-address updates, size changes, and color changes may not be possible once an order enters production.
4. Shipping, Returns, and Privacy
Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Please review those policies for information about production timing, shipping, free-shipping eligibility, returns, refunds, replacements, and how we collect and use customer information.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, graphics, photographs, product names, text, branding, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Paint Creek Ventures LLC, doing business as Shade Lizard Co.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
